About me
I am a British multidisciplinary researcher with expertise in formulation science, rheology, microfluidics, and additive manufacturing (3D printing). My work focuses on innovative applications in food technology, soft materials, and sustainable processes. I specialize in designing hydrocolloid-based formulations for 3D-printed edible materials, exploring the rheology of complex fluids, and developing microfluidic systems for emulsion stabilization and biomedical applications. My research also spans sustainable chemistry, including waste valorization and enzyme-based biosynthesis, drug delivery, and nanomaterial synthesis. My contributions address real-world challenges across multiple fields by bridging fundamental science with cutting-edge technology.
Currently, I am a Research Fellow at the FUTURE BIOMANUFACTURING RESEARCH HUB.
I am happy to help and advise in my area of expertise. Please don't hesitate to email me.
